FWC has kindly been offered 10 part-funded places on a 10 day online course on breathwork and cold water immersion from 15th to 26th February 2027 (Mon - Fri weekdays only 0630-0730 hrs).

DO I HAVE TO BE A FWC MEMBER TO APPLY?

Yes, to apply to participate in this challenge, you have to be a member of FWC. Please use this LINK to read our membership policy. If you are eligible to become a member and have not yet signed up, please sign up HERE prior to applying for the challenge.

HOW WILL PARTICIPANTS BE SELECTED FOR THE CHALLENGE?

Allocation of places is on a first-come-first-served basis. To apply to take part in this challenge, please do so using the button at the bottom of this page.

HOW MUCH WILL THE course cost?

The cost for participation is £20. This is a non-refundable payment, to be paid within 5 days of being offered a place on the course.
