FWC has kindly been offered 5 part-funded places on a 10 day online course on breathwork and cold water immersion from 1 - 12th December (Mon - Fri weekdays only 0630-0730 hrs).

DO I HAVE TO BE A FWC MEMBER TO APPLY?
Yes, to apply to participate in this challenge, you have to be a member of FWC. Please use this LINK to read our membership policy. If you are eligible to become a member and have not yet signed up, please sign up HERE prior to applying for the challenge.
HOW WILL PARTICIPANTS BE SELECTED FOR THE CHALLENGE?
Allocation of places will be chosen by random draw. To apply to take part in this challenge, please do so using the form at the bottom of this page. Applications will be open until Saturday 25th October and all applicants will be informed as to whether they have been allocated a place or not, by Saturday 1st November.
HOW MUCH WILL THE CHALLENGE COST?
The cost for participation is £20. This is a non-refundable payment, to be paid within 5 days of being offered a place on the course.
