In the run up to our events, we have found the best way to keep in touch with participants is via a WhatsApp group, which gives an opportunity to ask any questions about the challenge, in an informal manner. It also provides the opportunity for participants to get to know each other, and the event leader before the challenge itself. The group will be set up by FWC and deleted shortly after the event/challenge. Please note that although FWC will not share your telephone number with anyone else, once you are added into the group- the other group members will be able to see your number.

Prior to taking part in any FWC challenge, all participants are required to sign FWC's online waiver, and when the activities are provided by a third party, participants are required to sign the third party's waiver/consent form as well. *

The FWC waiver and third party waiver will be emailed to participants prior to the challenge commencing. The Breath Connection have requested all potential participants be made aware of the following statements; " Dynamic Breathwork & Cold Water Immersion practices are personal development practices designed to enhance wellbeing: they are not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. The Breath Connection Breathwork coaches do not diagnose conditions, nor do they provide medical advice/treatment or interfere with the treatment of licensed medical professionals. "
