KILIMANJARO 2019

There were a few tears shed in FWC HQ when on 10th October, International Mental Health Day, news came in that the team had been successful in their mission of flying the FWC flag on the top of Mount Kilimanjaro. In true FWC fashion they summited via the Umbwe path - the most difficult and demanding yet spectacular route.

Most of these ladies have been with FWC from the very start and to have followed their journey over this past year has been an absolute privilege - we are all so proud of you.

The summit was the cherry on the cake - the real success has been the bond of friendship that has been formed from months of training and preparation cemented by their epic adventure on the mountain. They barely knew each other a year ago and despite being dotted around the UK and juggling busy lives, their friendship and support for each other sum up what the FWC spirit is about. They have proved that once again ...

Together we can Achieve Anything

A HUGE thank you to Old Mutual Finance for so generously inviting our members on this trip of a lifetime.

The girls chose Pilgrim Bandits as their chosen charity  - they are so grateful to everyone who helped them smash their fundraising target.
